“These were a gift for my son in Montana. He is an outstanding cook and lives/works on a bison ranch. He and all the ranch hands loved them! One of the ranch hands grew up in New Mexico and was excited when he saw the box arrive. The shipment arrived in excellent condition. “I had this order sent to a friend of mine in Colorado and my order has not arrived yet. he loves green chilies and we'll get them anywhere anytime that he can and he was extremely pleased with these that I had sent to him. He immediately roasted them in the oven and then took the skins off and pack them in 1 quart bags some of which for immediate use and some to freeze..”

“The Sandia has been really good. We made some into chile rellenos and some chopped for queso, and chopped and froze the rest. I will use it at Christmastime. Only one pepper was spoiled when we received the box so very happy with the packaging. Just thought the chile and shipping is a little expensive so hopefully we can buy next year.”

“My order of Hatch Sandia Hot chili came as expected the product was in great shape no spoilage noted. Roasted and processed immediately of course had to sample some on hamburgers that evening. Excellent quality, excellent heat, fantastic flavor. Hatch Chili Store comes through again as a repeat customer you guys offer a great product for the expatriate New Mexican living out of state now. Thank you for letting us keep our chlil fix satisfied!”
