“My Nephew lives in Missouri and we were in a panic to get him some fresh NM green chile. He likes to roast it himself and we thought we had waited too long to get him some. So, I remembered Hatch and they saved the day once again. Thank you for bring NM to Missouri!!! Gratefully yours,”

“The chile arrived in a few days. It was still fresh and ready to be roasted. Last time I purchased the frozen chile, which was good but I wanted to save the money and smell the wonderful roasting smells. I don't have an outside grill so I used my broiler pan in my stove. It worked really well and was very quick and easy. I am from Colorado/New Mexico and now live in Indiana. They do not know what green and red chile are. Some areas have authentic Mexican food from Mexico, but no chile! They only make salsa and have no idea what I am talking about. So, thank goodness you deliver fresh New Mexico chile to my neck of the woods.”

“Sandia is one of my favorite varieties of Hatch green chile. It's very flavorful but not too hot.”
