“It was in very good condition and I was very happy with it except the fact it wasn't hot at all I'm from New Mexico and I was really expecting hotter because I did order hot but it had no bite at all but all in all I was happy I got my chile.”

“when we got the box of chiles the first thing was to check how fresh it was. we were very amZED HOW FRESH IT WAS. IF WE DON;T MAKE IT TO NEW MEXICO THIS COMING YEAR WE WILL MOST CERTAINLY ORDER FROM YOU.”

“Had to have our New Mexico Green Chili FIX!! Born in raised in NM, but traveling and being here in the south for a few months this site sure came in handy.. “Sandia's have great flavor + mild heat , good for any type of dish. We add Lumbre if we want slightly more heat. Planning for larger order of Sandia, Big Jim & Lumbre next season All of your chiles I have tried are great and well worth the price compared to anything local at any time of year.”
