“This is the best option short of visiting New Mexico during the chile harvest. They were delivered in good shape all the way to Georgia. The only thing not included in the box is the smell of roasting chiles as one walks the local streets of New Mexico. The product was as described and roasted wonderfully. Hint. We use the BBQ to roast the chiles. We place them in a clean 5gal bucket with a lid to let them steam a bit & then peel the skins off under cool running water. Remember to wear gloves (latex or nitrile) & don't touch your face or eyes. We place them in vacuum sealed bags and freeze them for use throughout the year. Muy bueno!”
