“The Chillis were in great shape and very fresh even though the box was a bit squished. Haven't tried them yet but they are smelling great on the grill!! Thanks”

“I received the chilies in great shape. After roasting I tried the Sandia Hot and was extremely disappointed in the lack of flavor. The Chile had no taste at all. I ordered 10 pounds of the hot and another 10 of medium, my plan was to combine these to create a mild to spicy blend. After tasting the hot I doubt whether the medium will have much if any flavor. I called on Sept. 1 to advise of my dissapointment in taste; they immediately advised they would gladly send another 10 pounds and apologized for the inconvience. All without having to ask for anything. Terrific customer service! I will definitely use them again.”

Randal, All of the heat in New Mexican pod types is in the vein of the chile. Please send a few pictures of the inside of a few of the pods to admin@hatch-green-chile.com and we'll evaluate whether a re-ship is in order. Best, Preston
