“This is the finest chili in the world. The Red and green is so tasty and smells so good. My favorite dish to make is green chili cheese chicken enchiladas with an egg on top and same with the red chili. Nothing better than that. but so many ways to make a delicious breakfast lunch or dinner. Thank you Hatch Chile store”

“We enjoy our green chile and Hatch ships to other states. This is a wonderful service for New Mexicans who just have to have chile. Last year our order of hot chile was tasty and hot. However, this year our order of hot chile is rather mild. Overall, the chile shipped in a timely manner and was fresh.”

“The Hatch Chile Store: These guys are con artists. I would never buy from them again. I ordered Chile rellenos on 8-7-23. I inquired about the ship date on 8-16-23 and was informed it would be in 1-2 weeks (8-23-23 to 88-30-23). I canceled my order due to non-shipment on 9-26-23 and they informed me that it was not possible because my shipment was scheduled to ship on 9-27-23. I advised them not to ship, but they shipped anyway (51 days later). They charged my credit card on the order date.”

“We are New Mexicans who moved to the PNW years ago and have been ordering our Fresh Hatch from this store for the past few harvest seasons. We ordered 25lb of Mild for our local friends and 25lb of Hot for us. The Mild and the Hot were indistinguishable from each other, both very mild, no heat at all. Considering the high price we paid, it's very disappointing to receive such Mild chile, all of the dishes we were dreaming about making this winter are dashed. We'll be looking for a different source next year.”
