“These chilies came fresh and meaty! I roasted them in my Weber charcoal grill the next day. They are spicy, delicious and good for you. I roast about 50 pounds of these hot chilies a year. I bag them after sweating them- then I freeze the rest and use them all year. Delicious.”

“Awesome I look forward to eating the roasted peppers every year. I don't usually go to the store I order directly from hatch. I want my 25 pound box so I can roast them and eat them or make salsa. Or freeze them to put in soups later. Thank you! You guys are awesome”
