“I have been purchasing Hatch Chili’s for years from this great company. My first shipment this year had some issues. Frankly, I think the biggest problem was a heat advisory for all the West Coast states during the shipment. I received an email indicating that I had received my chilies and if there was any issues please let them know. I sent an email telling them my issue and that I didn’t expect or want any Chili’s or any compensation. Saul in Customer service reply back to me the same day and told me that they were sending out five more pounds of chili for my inconvenience which I never asked for. This is why I purchase from this company they have great customer service which is very important In my mind. Thank you Saul”

“Ordered 25 lbs Sandia (hot) with 2-day shipping to western New York state. Box arrived in great condition and only a couple chiles had bruising. I roasted them the following day and the amount was perfect for my house (2 people) for one year! So happy with our purchase. And as I grew up in NM, I was pleased with the amount of heat in these. Perfect for me, but a little spicy for my partner from Minnesota!”

“Sent green chili to my girls. THey enjoyed roating and peeling their hot Chile. Mine and theirs was so easy to peel . So yummy. Hatch green chili is the chili of my youth. Chili for breakfast, lunch and dinner, awe so comforting.”

“Excellent flavor with mild to hot heat. Delivered in good shape, however, had to work up in a hurry because in transit the box was exposed to excess heat, and the lower portion of the box some chile pods were getting in critical shape.”
