“The chile arrived in New Hampshire in perfect condition 25 pounds of hot and 25 pounds of medium. Due to the weather, I didn't have time to roast until 2 days later. Of course, they are delicious. They are all peeled, vacuum sealed, and will get me through the year. Will order next year.”

“I lived in Sante Fe for 7 years and developed a love for green chile and every year when my box arrives in the Northwest it is the happiest day of the year. This year I upped my order to 50 lbs just so we won’t ever run out. Never been disappointed nor have I ever received a bad pepper from this outstanding company. Highly recommend!!!!!”
