“our 2- 25lb boxes arrived safe and sound and in july. i orderd in April. paid regular 30$ shipping i did not upgrade to more expensive because last 2 years your products arrive timely and in good quality. no issues at all. we got the HOT and they are exact heat level we desired, hot.. we had a great time roasting and peeling all 50 lbs and making 1 lb freezer packs. 50lbs of raw pepper yielded us 20 bags 1 lb each FYI. we may have wasted some in peeling process so bigger yield may be possible but we were very satisfied with everything start to finish and will continue to order every year now that we are HOOKED!!!! fantastic fresh meaty quality flavor and very aromatic. Pittsburgh Pennsylvania !!!”

“we received the chile in a timely manner and in good condition. We always look forward to getting the best chile in the world. After roasting and peeling, the chile did not have the normal heat that we have had prior. The great flavor was there, just no heat. How can we fix this?”

“We love getting our Hatch Green Chiles every year here in Key West since moving from Albuquerque. We have never received a bad shipment. Always fresh and ready for roasting here. So easy to order and I'm happy to say this green chile shipment has already ended up on our dinner table in tamales, pasta and the list goes on and on. Since moving here in 2016, we order Hatch Green Chile every season and tell our friends to order theirs as well.”
