“Got a box of mild last season decided to go with a box of hot this season. They are definitely hotter, but not to hot. Both boxes of Hatch Chiles were delivered fresh and all nice and ripe. Love that authentic Hatch Chile flavor!”

“I live in Arizona but I’m from ELPaso, Tx I know being from that side of the country that Hatch New Mexico grows the best Chilies and I wasn’t disappointed they arrived perfect and the flavor out of this world so I ordered another 25lb box and I am eagerly waiting for that box.”

“This is our third year ordering Hatch Chiles (and our largest order yet)! The chilies once roasted and deskinned were super tasty, and we're happy that we ordered two boxes so that we could share with friends who helped us process!! We're excited to have this patch for our sauces and diced jars to use over the year. “I thought what I ordered was supposed to be hot, but it is mild, not even medium. It tastes good and it came in good shape, but it's just not hot at all.”
