“I thought what I ordered was supposed to be hot, but it is mild, not even medium. It tastes good and it came in good shape, but it's just not hot at all.”

“I always enjoy getting NM Chile, was pleased with the delivery. I was somewhat disappointed in the lack of spiciness. The Chiles I have eaten are mild. Tasty but mild, differently not hot.”

“Chile's were in good shape when they arrived via overnight shipping which cost more than the peppers. But the peppers had been picked for several days before they were shipped because the stems had already turned brown. I was under the assumption that the peppers were picked and shipped the same day.”
