“I always enjoy getting NM Chile, was pleased with the delivery. I was somewhat disappointed in the lack of spiciness. The Chiles I have eaten are mild. Tasty but mild, differently not hot.”

“Chile's were in good shape when they arrived via overnight shipping which cost more than the peppers. But the peppers had been picked for several days before they were shipped because the stems had already turned brown. I was under the assumption that the peppers were picked and shipped the same day.”

“As always the chiles were great. The reality purpose of this review, however, is to give kudos to the excellent customer service. I preordered in the spring but found myself stuck away from home (working) when the peppers shipped. The excellent staff gave me a discount on a new order so that I could get the chiles shipped to the fire station I was assigned to for a prolonged period. Thanks a bunch!!!”

“The Chili Arrive nice and green. We grilled it cleaned it and froze it in appropriate portions And have been enjoying it ever since. My daughter made a green chili enchilada last night and it was delicious. We so enjoy this chili. Probably won’t become a pretty regular customer.”
