“Received my box of chile and started roasting and freezing the next day... of course the family sampled a good amount as well! Out of the 25 lbs, only lost 4 at the very bottom, so I rate this a great investment. Now planning enchiladas verdes, tamales de rajas y queso, salsa deliciosa, huevos con chile, (could go on!) Got 16 dozen out if the order...will definitely be a repeat customer (this is my second year ordering)”
