“Customer service is excellent! Expect speedy replies to emails. I had several questions about which variety to buy and received excellent, quick advice. The 25 lb box arrived as advertised (I paid for 2-day) with no spoilage at all. Beautiful, large, plump peppers. The heat is as advertised, although I'm sure some would like an even hotter chili. But "hot" describes this pepper well. I'm a New Mexico native, Hatch is the best chili anywhere, and I am pleased you can trust their website to be accurate in describing the chili.”

“These were a dream to roast! Neighbors came out to ask what deliciousness we were grilling! We are planning to have our first green chile chicken enchiladas with some of this batch on Wednesday. I have no doubt they will rank among the very best GCCE's ever!”

“The wait for harvest was long but well worth the wait! We live in Georgia and were raised in New Mexico so I miss my Hatches green chili. My husband prefers the Sandia chili and I prefer a little more mild. Love the service we received and will order again. Looking at website for more of your products!”

“I was very pleased with my green chile, and the delivery was prompt. I dint have to throw any of the chile out due to spoilage. The chile is hot as advertised and very tasty.”
