Hi Leitar, I'm sorry that you had a bad experience here and, after pulling up your order, I can see why. We have pretty clear guidelines on our shipping page as to what services we guarantee. You opted for ground, which states that it may spoil in transit. Many customers have OK results with ground, so we provide it as an option to our customers with that warning. There is also a pop-up that you have to click through warning customers against opting for anything less than 2-Day Air if they are going to order fresh chile for shipment. Ground trucks are often 120-130 degrees as they transit from city to city during the daytime and this causes the chile to shrivel and spoil much, much quicker than it does when transported in a plane. While I can't offer you a refund, I CAN give you 50% off a replacement order if you opt for the guaranteed shipping methods that we offer. Let us know if you would like to take us up on the offer! “We have been ordering and enjoying Hatch Chili from your farm for over 20 years. This year was no exception to the great service and fantastic NM chili. Love the Sandia chili best and use it in most of our cooking. Trying out some of the new recipes has been fun and tasty. You just can't beat fresh NM chili the way it was meant to be consumed. “Absolutely the best chili!! Very easy to order, good prices. I pre ordered & was notified as soon as my order shipped. Received my box of chili and they were perfect!! Not one bad chili in the box and I didn’t pay extra for fast delivery. Will definitely order again. Would definitely recommend to anyone!”
