“The chili looked great as usual. Unfortunately, of the two cases of Sandia hot that I ordered, 90% looks to be Big Jim and was very mild(it was labeled hot). I have been ordering from the Hatch Chile Store for three seasons and this is the first time this has happened.”

“This was the first time I have ever used your service. My aunt, who lives in Palestine Tx, is from TorC NM and was overwhelmed w joy - lots of tears - when she opened the box! She told me the chile looked as tho it had been picked that morning. We will be doing this again next year.
