“Perfect heat level, too hot for most, not for all. Easier to dilute down than add heat of a different flavor! Peppers were in perfect shape. I roasted and froze all of them 4 days after arrival still in great shape.”

“I'm from New Mexico and I've been wanting some HOT hatch green chili and remember when I would go to the store in Albuquerque and asked for HOT, I got HOT. Here I paid almost $ 80 for a small batch of chili and it tastes mild and could have bough the same temperature chili's offered in the local grocery store. I'm not happy at all and don't know if I will use HATCH to ship up Hot chili to me. Its much cheaper to have family send me some true HOT Hatch chili. :(”

“Ordered early this year and the Sandia's were big, and hot. We like like bigger chile better just because they are easier to peel after roasting them. Especially when peeling them after they have been frozen for awhile. Awesome chiles, awesome service.”

“Great customer service. I was out of town when they were ready to ship and I requested they ship the next week, it was no problem. Chile was fresh and arrived in great shape, on time, and just when they said it would. This is easily the best chile we have ever ordered online. The peppers were hearty and much meatier than other sandia chile we have ordered elsewhere. Nice and hot too. We order every year.”

“the Sandia hot chili is wonderful. It is a joy to be able to get it out side of New Mexico. As a native New Mexican I have missed my "soul food". The quality is high, and the price is right.”
