“The chili looked great as usual. Unfortunately, of the two cases of Sandia hot that I ordered, 90% looks to be Big Jim and was very mild(it was labeled hot). I have been ordering from the Hatch Chile Store for three seasons and this is the first time this has happened.”

“This was the first time I have ever used your service. My aunt, who lives in Palestine Tx, is from TorC NM and was overwhelmed w joy - lots of tears - when she opened the box! She told me the chile looked as tho it had been picked that morning. We will be doing this again next year. “I really liked this variety. Little more kick to it than the Big Jim yet not overpowering. I am set for the season now. I have three varieties weighing in at 125 lbs. That should hold me. :) See you next season! James”
