“I ordered fresh green chile for the first time in many years. I ordered the fresh because it was cheaper for mailing to me than having the frozen shipped. With the exception of maybe 2 chile pods, that had the beginning of spoiling, all the rest of the chile was perfect. The chile roasted up perfectly and the taste was perfect. My family and I will enjoy the chile as long as it lasts! The chile taste was perfect.”

“Green chile is great though I would prefer a hotter variety. (Too hot for others.) Was wondering why the lighter green color.”

Dear Marc, We moved to a larger bed size this year so all of our chile is a tad lighter in color than in prior years. This hasn't affected the heat or flavor though so we hope you're enjoying your order! Best, Preston
