“I was very pleased with the quality of the chiles I received, there were only 3 or 4 that I had to throw out and and about the same on chiles that part could be salvaged which was better than those I have purchased at my local market. The cost of the product and shipping seemed to be the best I was able to find on the internet, which is a definite plus for me as I live on a fixed income. I am very pleased with the flavor was hoping that they would have more heat (at least the batch I have cooked so far) but still very pleased, will try the EXTRA HOT next n I will definitely order my chiles from you again! Please keep up the good work .”

“fantastic quality chiles. the sandias were meaty and had great heat and flavor. packaging was great and everything arrived when expected. I would recommend these chiles to anyone who's a fan of that special hatch flavor.”

Hi Lawrence, We farm two strains of Sandia. The one you received is Legacy Sandia from Jim Lytle's seed operation. It does tend to have a lighter color than the other strain we use. The flavor and heat should be the same though. Let us know if there is anything we can do to make this a 5-star experience for you. Best, Preston

“Yellowish color compared to last year. Not HOT which was a huge disappointment. Totally not satisfied. Last year I received awesome Sandia and Lumbre. Oh well... I guess!”
