“Arrived green, firm, and ready for tata's kitchen. I roasted, cleaned the insides, the charred skin should be left on. The flavors will knock your socks off. Invited friends over, put them to work. Still needed guacamole, tortillas, and a pot of frijoles. The chili rellenos were fantastic. Cooked another batch, no left overs. Roasted, vacuum packed and froze those we did not eat. Sorry, no photos. I do need to remember that photos are necessary”
