“These are great-- though maybe not quite as hot as we'd prefer, so we ordered a batch of X-Hot which should arrive in a week or so (yippee!). These, along with our other order of Medium chiles will work fine, but if you like 'em HOT-- I suggest X-Hot this year (changes from year to year). Thx!”

“Short but serious love affair with hatch chilies. Great roasted on grill or in oven. 3rd year of ordering and no complaints! So happy to get fresh peppers in KC. Finding them in stores is hit or miss. Thanks for your hard work and excellent service”
