“Arrived green, firm, and ready for tata's kitchen. I roasted, cleaned the insides, the charred skin should be left on. The flavors will knock your socks off. Invited friends over, put them to work. Still needed guacamole, tortillas, and a pot of frijoles. The chili rellenos were fantastic. Cooked another batch, no left overs. Roasted, vacuum packed and froze those we did not eat. Sorry, no photos. I do need to remember that photos are necessary”

“I order two batches of Chiles each year. 5 lb boxes each of Med and Hot. And just like last year, they got to me here in Florida in mid summer with zero defects. Awesome taste year round for us. Thanks again. See you again next year!”

“Arrived quickly. Thee inside of the box was slimy. I had to cull out the spoiling jalapeño’s and wash all the rest while cutting off spoiling ends to save what I could. They were not hot as ordered either.”
