“We love Hatch Green Chile and buy it local but contact you to send to my niece who now lives in Naples, FL. Her husband is a chef and uses it for all his recipes. The only disappointment on the last order is that they needed to be roasted, which wasn't the case last time we sent them. The first time we sent them to her, they were in packets and roasted ready to be frozen. We must not have looked closely at what we were buying.”

“My orders this year included extra hot, hot and medium varieties. All four boxes arrived fresh and flawless, and the process of grill-roasting 20 lbs filled my patio and basement with wonderful aroma. The peppers were intended to last all winter but are so good that I can’t imagine not running low sooner!”

“I wanted a forever source of fresh, delicious chiles. What I received was a box of rancid chiles. The company didn't want to replace it, despite my sending a photo of the chiles taken on the day of receipt. I am wholeheartedly disappointed in the customer service. I did manage to get a full refund, so that is something, I suppose.”
