“Surprising they are not hot or in that fact mild. Very disappointed due to the fact I've bought hatch chili's in the past and bragged how hot they are, even the medium hot. Maybe you sent the wrong one's? Box did say Sandia”

“I live on the SE coast of North Carolina but grew up in Las Cruces. The taste and smell of Hatch Green Chile always makes me feel like I am back at home. I have come to rely on receiving my annual supply of chile from the Hatch Chile Store. I have been a regular customer every fall. This year I ordered several pounds of frozen only to have it destroyed when the power went off during Hurricane Florence. Thankfully I was able to replenish my supply with 25 pounds of fresh Hot Sandia. Last Saturday I enjoyed roasting all 25 pounds on my grill. My neighborhood smelled like the Meslilla Valley in September. The quality of the chile is great and I enjoy it on my morning eggs often. Clearly I make the best green chile cheesburger in North Carolina. I will be calling on the Hatch Green Chile Store again next fall.”

“My order of Sandia also arrived on time and in good shape for roasting. They were fresh and smelt great. At first I was wondering if they were going to be hot but once I roasted them and cleaned them up they were outstanding. Perfect heat for anything that I wanted to add them to. Good taste and good heat. Thank you.”
