“The box of chile I received (25 pounds) had about 20 rotted peppers in it that had to be thrown away. I live in Wisconsin but paid for two day shipping as required so I’m not sure what happened. Other than that the chile met my expectations. It was hot and tastes great!”

“Amazing!! Once again a wonderful box of delicious Hatch chiles! The flavor is incomparable and the fresh chilies are fantastic. Every year I have a “roast-a-thon” when I receive my order - all three of my grills going and roasting these amazing beauties! Fantastic quality, wonderful service, expectations fulfilled. I roast and freeze most of these, but made some wonderful green chile cheeseburgers this weekend. Only your Hatch chiles can make a taste that delicious! Thank you!!”

“We received our chili wrinkled dried up and old. Hatch offered to send us a new batch if we paid over $50 in shipping fees!! NEVER again will we do business with them.”
