“We ordered hot. It is not hot. 25 pounds of mild Chile is not a good feeling. Maybe we have to order extra hot just to get a bit of a kick. Very disappointing.”

“It was great. This the second year we've ordered Chile by mail from Hatch (where else) to be shipped to Florida. We moved here from Albuquerque in late 2016. We ordered Chili from Hatch last year too and we're very pleased, but this year we did the pre- order, first harvest and are very pleased as well. Our friends said "lucky you, aleady" after being told about the pre-order. We feel very fortunate that this is available. We have to have chili or bust. LOL. THE SHIPPING COST IS VERY REASONABLE, TOO.”

“This is the second season I have ordered from The Hatch Chile Store. The order was fresh and hot as advertised. My Chile order received directly after the harvest. I will definitely pre-order next year!”
