“Just a follow-up to my order of 25 lbs. of hot green chile I received on 07/29/16. I roasted about 6lbs. so far, and will finish off roasting, dicing and freezing them to use during the coming months. Probably will take all weekend as the process is slow, can only roast 4 at a time in my place, and well worth it. So glad for an ex-NM guy to have finally found true happiness in paradise on Kauai. Lot's of work and now that I know of the club, with free shipping, my order will be the roasted, hot, frozen, every other month. “These Chile are wonderful. The Hatch have a flavor all their own and the Sandia give enough bite to know it's there without setting you on fire. We love them. I purchase 5# fresh every harvest.”

“Hatch Chile shipped my preordered Chiles as they said they would, on time and in perfect condition. I received them and they were delicious !!!! Being in the Mid-West I do not have a local source to obtain these fresh Chiles. I have ordered other products like the roasted peeled and chopped frozen Green Chiles and those were fantastic as well. Customer Service is always pleasure to deal with and I will be a life long customer !!!”

“This Hatch Green Chile is without doubt the very best that I've ever tasted outside of New Mexico in early autumn. I've ordered from grocery stores and been sorely disappointed with the quality, freshness and flavor. I ran that experiment once and suffered the consequences for an entire year. Not going down that road ever again. True value is rarely beaten at bargain basement prices. If you are a big fan of Hatch Valley Chiles you can not get any better than these.”
