“This was the first time ordering chilies directly from the farm. I will probably double the order next year. They were packaged well and looked perfect. The taste is truly Hatch! I roasted them the same day in 110 degree heat in Arizona but well worth the effort. I put 1 cup of prepared chilies in freezer bags to enjoy the entire year. Also, I cannot help but to share a bag or 2 with close friends to see their enjoyment.”

“Ordered 10 lbs of Joe Parker. Great taste. The chili’s were not as fresh as you would have thought they would be. I went to sprouts the same day and they were 10x fresher. Will give these guys another try though.”
