“love 'em... planning to use a bunch of the seeds and heads from the few "less than perfect" pods for garnish bag addition to soups, stews, chilis, and maybe a pot of two of pintos... the pods that came through in great shape are now in the freezer whole!! waiting for the weather in deep south GA to chill enough for me to "feel right" cooking 20 quarts of green chili stew!!”

“The chilis arrived on time and in very good condition, however they were definitely not 'medium'. They had almost no spicey heat to them at all; they were about the same level of heat as Little Caesar's pepperoni.”
