“The first batch I got was a 5, but the second Bach I have to give a 3. Half the batch was already red when they where delivered to our door. Also after I roasted them you could tell the had been sitting a while because they had already mostly dried out and did not roast as well because the where dried out already. I do like your product but I was disappointed in the last batch we received from you.”

“This is really good chile. We opted for three day delivery (to the Seattle area) and the chile arrived in good shape. The medium roasts PERFECTLY. I was able to roast every pod, even small ones and the (very) occasional really bent ones to easily peeled perfection. Flavor is just right - we have long tired of chile that is either as boring as bell pepper or so hot you can't make a workable stew with them. These have just the right amount of heat (for us, I am a Norteño and my wife is from the Rio Pecos del sur). We're going with Joe Parker next year, for sure.”

“Wonderful tasting peppers! This is my second year ordering these after trying them last year along with my Big Jim’s. Came back this year for another 25 pound box!!!!”

“Love the peppers. I found if I roasted I could leave seeds in for a medium heat. The ones that we battered and deep fried after roasting we removed seeds as these seemed hotter after all that. Would definitely order again.”
