“The chiles were firm and fresh. We were very disappointed in the heat level. I made some green Chile stew, and it was very blah. Luckily, I and had a couple of bags of green chiles from previous years which I had shrink wrapped in my freezer, so added them. It ended up very tasty. I wouldn’t consider this variety “medium”.”

“Oh my. Arrived looking like they had just been picked. Had to wait a couple of days before I had time to roast them but they still looked and felt fresh. Roasted and now in the freezer and I'm looking forward to making enchiladas with some later this month.”
