“My peppers were very fresh and great tasting. Delivered right to my door. wish I had ordered more. Next year I will. I made three different kinds of salsa and was the hit if the neighborhood. Thank you so much.”

“I appreciate your service. However, the Joe Parker Mediums were barely mild and not at all like the mediums I bought when I lived in NM. Somewhat disappointing in that regard. I do thank you for the stash arriving in good condition, however.”

“Very easy to work with! They kept me updated on the progress of my order. The chili’s are fantastic! The aroma when roasting was mouthwatering.”

“I will be receiving my second box of Joe Parker's in the next day or so. Fantastic flavor, just the right amount of heat. After I roasted and steamed them, the skin peeled right off. Fresh, hot and delicious!”

“I sent them to my sun in San Diego. He said they were great! So wonderful to have fresh Chile’s. My niece that also lives there was jealous, so I just ordered her some.”
