“My order was scheduled to arrive on Thursday. Wednesday morning I found it had already been delivered. 25lbs is a LOT of chiles! I couldn't wait to make some chile, and ran right out for the pork. The chiles were easy to roast; I spread them out on a baking sheet and put it in the oven, about 10 minutes per side, then put them right into freezer bags and left them on the counter to steam. I got 28 bags of a dozen chiles each. Then to the chile! These chiles are really really hot! If you are looking for that authentic New Mexico hot, you won't be disappointed. One caveat- I processed the first couple dozen chiles with bare hands, which was a mistake. My hands burned all day long! Wear gloves and you won't be sorry. Thanks to everyone at the Hatch Chile Store, my freezer is stocked up to last all year! Great job folks!!”

“Chile was colorful, not much heat to it tho. The pod's were not much bigger than the palm of my hand. I'm disappoint overall with the chile considering the price I paid. I do believe I will stick with Diaz farms for almost half the price, better quality and quantity.”

“The Lumbre Chile arrived in 3 days standard shipping and arrived in good condition. I had very few that was bad and was very pleased. I iced them down and started roasting. The Lumbre is Hot yet still has a good Hatch flavor. I will order again.”

“The chile was a gift for my sister. She love the chile. My only complain was that the process was to complicated and the shipping added extra cost to the chile. I do recommend the company.”
