“If you love hot Chile’s in your recipes, you must order here!! I love roasting them and freezing them and sharing with friends!! I love the whole experience !!! I look forward to roasting time every year!!! And the customer service is awesome!! Kristin and MIke. West Chester pa. Ps. This was the first year that the peppers starting “ cooking “ themselves on the long journey right from the field. But, you just throw those out. You are roasting at high temps which will kill the slime if you happen to get some cooked ones :).”
