“I ordered 10lbs and got them in a very timely manner. I only had to throw out a handful of peppers due to spoilage. I used to live in Austin, Texas and was able to get Hatch peppers at the grocery store, but can do so now online here in Connecticut. Shipping is expensive, but I don't mind spending the money once a year.”

“Have orders from your company in the past . Excellent service , but this year . Did order medium, no heat. To be honest I threw them away . No flavor . I know this has been a hard year for chilis . No taste at all.”

“Always a pleasure to receive a box of NM chilis! They arrived in mostly perfect condition. I roast and freeze them for winter soups and other recipes. The house smells like fall in NM! I will order again if I can’t be in NM!”

“I love your green chili! Since I moved to the East Coast it is the only way to satisfy my green chili cravings (and trust me having grown up in NM I CAN tell the difference). This year the pods were huge and the taste is/was awesome. I wasn't sure about the temp as some years are hotter than others so I tend to mix (hot) with medium depending on what I am fixing. Thank you all for being there...”
