“I have really enjoyed roasting these chilies and sharing them with friends here in North Carolina. I love the flavor of them and they have just the right amount of heat! I may even try hot next year! The extra cost on shipping is recommended so they arrive a little faster and are fresh on arrival!”

“These were inspected when entered in to California and resealed. By the time we received them on Monday, they were mushy and had fuzzy mold throughout the box. There was also liquid at the bottom of the box. I was unable to save any. Scott Zylich scottzylich@gmail.com 319-899-3003”

“I paid for two day delivery and it's expensive but I wanted Hatch Chiles. However, about arrival, about 10 Chiles were spoiled. The next day, another 5. Many turned red which means, they weren't picked fresh. I'm thoroughly disappointed that I paid $60 (shopping included so I can 5 lbs of Chiles instead of 10 lbs. I'll never use this company again.”

“We sent the Hatch green chile to our son who lives in Seattle - it was for his birthday. To this point, he had only been finding it canned at one of the local stores (I think Whole Foods). He was ecstatic when he received it. He said it smelled "amazing" and he could hardly wait to crank up the grill. We love Hatch and buy it fresh, freeze it and love to use it in our waffle batter - just the best! Thank you!”
