“I like to get fresh hatch chilies every summer. This was a great fresh batch, medium hot. I grill them, then peel and seed and wrap in flour tortillas w/cream cheese, then slice into pinwheels. Then make a pork green chilie stew. Then sauté with fresh corn off the cob. Then freeze the rest until winter!”

“We bought 10 lbs of the medium, we had some arrive with spoilage, even with the expedited shipping. More than that, we are disappointed the chilis have hardly any taste, and absolutely no heat at all. I would understand if we had ordered mild, but after trying 10 or so chilis, there is still no taste/heat….sadly, when used in dishes or in burritos/tacos/quesadillas, no taste. Having lived in Santa Fe for years, this is not the chilis of yesteryear.. Hoping all the chilis are not like this, as our past order was very good.”

“When we received the box of Chili’s that day it was hot weather some of the chilies had spoiled I save the rest unfortunately we did not take any pictures so the remaining chilies we’re OK thank you”

“Ordering was easy. I think itbsat at fedex long according to the updates i was getting We only threw mayb 12 chili that wereeither molded or soggy. It was good thou.”

“Perfect as always!!!!! Roasting hatch peppers has become a major event at the Hicks ranch. As soon as Fed X pulls in with the peppers, the fun begins. A nice cigar and an adult beverage , I am good for the afternoon. Thanks for the quality product that you always send. See you next year!”
