Order a box every year, then roast them, and freeze them for a long winter of great flavor. These chiles are always nice and fresh so that ground shipping even to East coast is fast enough to lose very few if any during transport.

Great - had my first fix - fixed it with pork - just like my Mom used to do - so good. When I was growing up, in Raton, NM, they called them anaheim. Is that the same as your Hatch chile? Seems & tastes the same. Whatever the name, I love it. Thank you.

This was our first time ordering chilies and we were so happy we did. Came across Fresh Hatch when we visited New Mexico. Bought a roaster and plan on burning chilies every year like grandma use to when we were kids.

First, the original box was damaged during shipping and when I worked with customer support to replace the order, the only way to get a new shipment was to pay premium shipping, so I did so I can get my order. My order arrived today and I ended up with the wrong chilies. Mild chili instead of medium. Too much work for no flavor. I am so disappointed this year. I have never had an issue before. It will be a while before I place an order again.

Hi Laurie, I am so, so sorry about the issues with your order. I have personally checked and the reshipment going out tomorrow is for medium. In addition, I've refunded the cost of 2-Day air as an apology. Your order will still be shipped out via 2-Day air. Once again, I am so sorry about the issues with your order.
