“This was our first time ordering chilies and we were so happy we did. Came across Fresh Hatch when we visited New Mexico. Bought a roaster and plan on burning chilies every year like grandma use to when we were kids.”

“First, the original box was damaged during shipping and when I worked with customer support to replace the order, the only way to get a new shipment was to pay premium shipping, so I did so I can get my order. My order arrived today and I ended up with the wrong chilies. Mild chili instead of medium. Too much work for no flavor. I am so disappointed this year. I have never had an issue before. It will be a while before I place an order again.”

Hi Laurie, I am so, so sorry about the issues with your order. I have personally checked and the reshipment going out tomorrow is for medium. In addition, I've refunded the cost of 2-Day air as an apology. Your order will still be shipped out via 2-Day air. Once again, I am so sorry about the issues with your order. “I used to live in CO now I’m in NY and am so thankful you ship. I absolutely love these green chilies. I used to get the fresh roasted from a farm stand in CO. I can’t get them in upstate NY. I always have them in my freezer. Thanks again I use them in everything I make where I add onions chilies go in as well”

“Chilies were fresh, very consistent in size and meaty. Roasted all 10 lbs 2 days after receipt, repackaged in 6 pod groups Frooze all but 12 and am currently enjoying my own slow-cooked pork shoulder, Chili Verde”

“Since moving from Colorado and not having the opportunity to buy and roast green chili here in the East, your store allowed me to purchase and have shipped my green chilis. They were very good and I truly enjoy the taste once again.”
