“The chile pods always arrive in perfect condition. I’ve eaten chile for many years, so I should pay more attention to the weather in Dona Ana county thereby I could more correctly anticipate where the chiles will be on the Scoville Scale. Maybe there could be a site that could predict where certain chiles will be that year, since each year’s chile are often a bit different in spiciness. But overall, the chile I received were great. Thank for your product”

“Thank you for our Hatch Green Chiles! They arrived in great shape and we roasted them the day after they arrived. Hatch Green Chile's are our favorite.
