“SHIPPING was AMAZING! The chili arrived in perfect condition. Although I ordered medium hot my chili had no heat so I'm thinking I received mild instead. I'm not complaining, it's all good, I just add crushed red peppers and it gives it heat. I will order again. Pleasure doing business with Hatch Chili Store.”

“My mediums got seperated from my milds by days somewhere in the western USA. The mild chilies arrived two days after being shipped, not so with the mediums and the box was wet and about half the chilies were lost.”

“I love receiving fresh chiles from Hatch. The worst thing about moving from Albuquerque and out of New Mexico is missing the fall chile roasting. The chile is always wonderful. Although I did get a couple of bad chiles this year. That's never happened before but they rest were spectacular as always. Oh, and this year I ordered a chile roaster so we had a wonderful time roasting our own chiles.”

“The chile arrived fresh, delicious, and on schedule. The 10 lb box was huge and I packed it into a suitcase and flew it to Switzerland as a gift for friends who used to live in NM. It arrived in great condition and they loved it! Grilled some and froze the rest. Thank you!”
