“First time ordering from Hatch Chili Store. Choose 2 day shipping, was notified in advance that my Chili’s were on there way. Received my Medium Joe Parker’s and they were very fresh picked. Roasted them myself and vacuum packed for freezer storage. I already made a cornbread recipe with them and was delicious. The medium are a little spicy, but still good. Super happy with them.”

“Ordering anything Fresh during the heat of summer is problematic even with the fastest shipping--which is not always so dependable in these times (we did have 2 spoiled chiles--that affected a few of the other chiles packed next to them)--the Only reason for our 4 star rating...otherwise, it was another box of wonderful Hatch green chile--tasty and beautiful.”
