“This year was our second ordering Joe Parker Chile's from the Hatch Chile Store. We had lived in New Mexico for 28 years before retiring in Florida. We loved NM (and still do). And we missed all the New Mexican foods we grew to love. The service is great, last year was perfect, this year a few Chile's did not survive the trip too well. I followed the directions or the notice of delivery and emailed them a picture of damaged Chile's. Within a few hours the sent two emails - one was a notice of credit and the second was the actual refund. I was very impressed and will continue to order from the them going forward. That is GOOD customer service. Oh, and the Chile's ... they were and are awesome. Kenn Hitchcock”

“We received out order for 10lbs in late July this year. Every chile was just beautiful. Large and fresh. Couldn't be happier.”

“The Chiles looked pretty rough this year, about a pound not useable. I guess this was due to weather. I paid $30 for 10 lbs. I later purchased 25 lbs. for $30 from another company. The quality of those Chiles was A+”

“Hatch Green Chili Store sent me a box of 10 pounds of medium "Big Jim" green chilies. They blistered very well when I roasted them in my oven and they peeled easily. I yeilded 3 quarts from 10 pounds of fresh green chilies. This is my fifth year mail ordering geen chilies from the Hatch Green Chili Store.”

“This is my second year ordering green chiles. Great communication. I was notified when they shipped and was able to track them. FedEx held them for a day in my town making it a three day instead of two day delivery, but the chiles still arrived in good condition! Highly recommend pre-ordering fresh green chiles!”

“Chilies arrived fresh and on time delivery. Fed Ex driver said it was tough driving around with the smell of fresh hatch chilies. We have roasted half of our order on grill using mesquite charcoal. They are delicious used them on hamburgers and adult Mac and cheese”
