“WE thught we ordered frozen pealed green Chile, however, we ordered fresh green Chile. We roasted ourselves, which we have done many years ago. It turned out GREAT and the chiles are perfect. Next year or this fall, we will order the fresh green chiles again.”

“I order 10lbs every year. It’s an annual thing. One of the things I so look forward to durning the summer months. Roasting, peeling, canning, cooking chilies is such a wonderful experience. The smells and flavors are amazing!”

“1st time purchasing fresh chili’s....I pre-ordered 10 lbs of the medium chili’s. The day after they were delivered, I roasted them, cleaned and prepped them for the freezer. I also made a batch of my sauce...OMG...so good. A couples later, I though I better order more before they are all gone and I’d have to wait another year. My 2nd 10 lb batch was delivered and I did the same as the 1st batch. I literally just made another batch if my sauce and YUMMY!!!!! I should have enough in the freezer to last until next year.”
