“From NM to CA in a couple of days, Chiles showed up in perfect condition! Roasted on the grill, peeled, bagged and already almost out! Delicious flavor without too much heat. Had to order more, but this time "hot" to create some surprise!”

“Shipped to me in the Atlanta GA area. Fresh with minimal waste and roasted at home as I received them. I buy bulk since I can't purchase the Hatch locally. Flavor is good!”

“This was my first order from the Hatch Chile Store and they were great! I roasted them and froze for winter use. I did select expedited shipping, but unfortunately had a few chilies that had gone bad.”
