“I received a generous 10# box of beautiful fresh chili's. I froze some, blistered and skinned some and shared a few with family. We are in Minnesota, and Hatch Chili's are a treat. I will definitely order again next season.”

“I have ordered for several years now, but this year the chile's were much smaller and a lot hotter than the medium I ordered. A little disappointed I can't use them for what I intended. They have good flavor, but cannot eat much of the chile at one time.”

“Great chilies. I already made 2 batches of chili relleno, 3 quarts of pork green chili, and froze 5 quarts of chopped green chilies to make more delicious recipes. Getting ready to make green chili corn bread. Great product you sell, my son and daughter also bought 10 lb. boxes from you. Keep sending those recipes, we are making them. Thank you.”
