“Autumn in New Mexico... Why does it seem so inviting? I'll tell you now- the smell of beautiful fresh green chile roasting. And, if like me, you can't be there to revel in it in person then these wonderful people will send it to your door! For the last 6 years I have been extremely satisfied with annual deliveries of fresh green chile to my home in Hawai'i. I roast them on the grill over charcoal and also using a propane flame weeder. I came from northern New Mexico and I can't do without a freezer full of chile every fall. Without fail they have delivered the most excellent chile and each year it has arrived over all these miles in great condition. And their customer service is top notch to boot. If you are thinking of ordering just do it! You won't regret. Que viva Nuevo Mexico!”

“Beautiful hatch chile!! I'm pleased with my 25 lbs. They came fresh,undamaged and I didn't have any bad ones.
