“The chile is so good, I roasted it and peeled it then put it in the freezer. Now I'm ready to use the chile when needed. I made green chile enchiladas the other day and they were so good.”

“We love, love, love these Hatch green chiles. Been ordering for a few years. We always order two day air and most of the chiles arrive great. This year we had a few spoiled ones. We have a day that we call chile roast day, get out the ole grill and have a party.”
