“These chiles are by far the very best in the country! You want hot; you get hot. If you want medium, that’s what you get with just the right amount of kick, which is my preference. To haven’t tried the mild but I’m sure that's what they are. I fell in love with the Joe Parker chiles. The chiles are quite meaty and they make the best rellenos. They make the best enchilada sauce! You won’t be sorry because they are delicious!!”

“I grew up in New Mexico, but I live in Vermont, some 2,300 miles away. I love Vermont, but, boy! do I miss that green chile. My daughter gifted me with a 25$ box of happiness, which I romptly roasted and tucked into the freezer. Best stuff ever!!!!!”
