“Chilies were so fresh my entire living area smelled of their freshness. Every single chili was good- no waste. Heat level was medium which is what I ordered. I’m use to the roasters being everywhere in Colorado, but here in Kansas, good luck. The tips I found on the website made it possible to roast without an outside grill. I appreciate the tips, recipes & products. 100% satisfied & will be ordering again!”

“The chiles arrived on a Wednesday morning and were absolutely beautiful. We roasted almost half of them that day, and bagged and froze most of them. But I had to return to work for the next couple of days so we waited to roast the rest. Unfortunately we didn't realize we would have to refrigerate them and most of the remaining batch became spoiled. We salvaged a few more to roast (and freeze) but had to discard the rest. Bummer. We've really enjoyed the few we've eaten so far though. Lesson learned.”

“I lived in NM for 10 years and really miss fresh green chile. I ordered 25 lbs. of fresh medium chiles and they arrived promptly and super fresh. I was very happy with the product.”
