“I've been ordering fresh Hatch green chile for many years. This years batch was by far the best batch I've received. There was not a single chile damaged or becoming over ripe. I ordered "medium" heat, but most of the batch was "mild". It's not always easy to predict the heat level. However, the flavor was fantastic. I'm going to order som "hot" to balance out the mileness.”
