“We absolutley love Hatch green chilis and will order again. However, shipment didn't leave on Wednesday as stated, so there was a delay in delivery until Tuesday of the following week. We had to throw away about 5 lbs out the 25 lbs ordered. We will order again and hope they ship the day promised so we don't see the spoilage we had this time.”

“Arrived perfectly.. I normally would buy 25 lbs toasted in New Mexico when I would visit my father in August for his birthday.. since his passing I have not had any until I found these. Roasted them myself in the oven. Vacuum sealed.. using my first bit today in Green chili chicken burritos.. thanks so much. I will be ordering every year. ❤️”

“My chile arrived in a sturdy and stylish cardboard box and immediately was opened on my kitchen table. Overnight delivery to Gladstone, Oregone was seemless and the fruit was so fresh it squeaked! The aroma of fresh Hatch Chile enveloped our home until the next morning when we roasted, peeled and froze our treasure. As a chef and former NM resident, quality ingredients are essential to any success. Hatch Chile gives me the "Cred" and assures my guests that we aren't playing around here. Many farmers grow Hatch Chile, but I trust only the Hatch Chile Store to "Deliver the Goods" on-time and in perfect condition. Thank you!”
